During the August 2024 Annual meeting, members voted to form a committee to recommend by-law changes relative to disciplinary proceedings. Following board and association attorney recommendations, there are proposed changes in three areas:
One of the new by-law amendments is the requirement that the board solicit member feedback prior to any vote on the amendments. The board voted to act as though this requirement were already in place, and is offering members an opportunity to read, and provide feedback and suggested changes.
