Significant improvements to the Nest have been made.
The Nest has been completely upgraded, expanded in length by about 35’ and width by about 15’, resulting in better parking and keeping vehicles away from the firing line. Also, drainage was completely revised, and the firing line and forward area has been seeded. The front bank has been improved with retention walls. Five large boulders of varying height were moved into shooting position, together with a row of the new barricades. The road ramp was re-pitched and the culvert cleaned. The firing line itself was straightened using lasers. Scott and Bruce removed about 800 pounds of old steel from down range.
